I have used this company twice in the last 15 years and have only GOOD things to say about them. The customer service is unparalleled. The product holds up well and Smith Noble stands behind their product. When there is an issue, they work with you to solve it and in the most economical fashion. I recently needed to replace honeycomb blinds because of problems and S&N not only replaced the blinds, but restarted the 5-year warranty. Beautiful section and wonderful service.
