We purchased front door curtains and received outstanding customer service from Mikki Stocking. While we had some problems with original measurements made by another party, Mikki was quick, responsive, and highly organized in finding a solutions. She was a pleasure to speak with my phone, was always very positive, a good listener, and extremely effectively in correcting the order. Kenneth S. Onoda.. is the BEST! My experience with the in-home consult went well. I ordered my blinds, was excited to have them installed, but there was a problem. I called the sales rep, no response- she didnt even call me back, just passed me on to a solutions team.. (I guess she got her commission). I'm taking the time to review my experience with S&N because it started off a bit rocky - the measurements taken for our master bedroom drapes were not super accurate. But after bringing this issue up with customer support, the Western Regional Director - Lori Messinger - stepped in and proactively corrected the mistake, including personally coming to my house to personally take the measurements. First time using Smith & Noble and I had an excellent experience with this company!!......they sent me many free fabric swatches to look at, I did my own measuring and checked it with one of the customer reps on the phone before ordering, the valance was delivered quickly, (with a rod)!, and didn't even need pressing. It looks perfect in my kitchen! I am so happy with the result....I would use this company again, and would recommend them highly.

Had an excellent experience with arranging for replacement wood blinds when one of my pair broke and the same width blinds were no longer available. Angela Balles was extremely courteous and knowledgeable as she assisted me in finding the most comparable replacement. The company credited me with the cost of both blinds because they were a matched pair hung beside each other. Can't beat the warranty policy and the excellent customer service!
Carol Alaniz did a superb job for me. I needed to order a replacement blind from an installation 2 years ago. She found the exact material and dimensions and placed the order. It arrived Tuesday and Wednesday it was installed by your service contractors. Simply 1st class service. Thank you Carol for making this happen!
