I was lucky enough to speak with Ronnie Henderson tonight at Smith and Noble. She was able to find an order that I placed almost 20 years ago in their old system. I love my old Roman Shades from S&N, but I need to replace them to update my home. Within minutes, I received a personal email from Ronnie with all of my old measurements. Thank you so much for your help, Ronnie!!

I made a big mistake in measuring two of the blinds for our new home and Synthia was amazing in helping me get it worked out. This is the second house we've bought Smith & Noble products for, and they are always exactly as promised, and their customer service is very helpful.

Kim Demazeliere, our Smith & Noble telephone designer, was just unrelenting with regard to supporting this transaction. Through what became a long and complex design process, with tons of questions from me, she never lost her cool, nor her focus on being sure we ordered precisely what we wanted within the framework of what was possible. She's a gem!

We had plantation shutters put in our apartment. The designer, Patti Siegel, was awesome. If anyone lives in Long Island, you should request her. She is great with following up and very helpful. Neil installed everything and was great as well. We had a sizing issue with one of the shutters and they ordered a new one and replaced it. Just ordered a motorized room darkening shade for a master bed room skylight and can’t wait to get it installed ! S&N is the best , have bought from them in past and quality is always excellent . This order process ended up being complicated including a delay caused by a change to the motor technology but Brandon Prender was just great , he made sure order was all set , always very helpful through several calls and emails and went extra mile to solve a problem — outstanding customer service !

Lachelle was an absolute pleasure to work with in deciding what window designs, treatments, and material to purchase for a home we had just moved in to.
