Just finished placing my third consecutive order to complete the windows in our new home. The woven shades are beautiful! It was a pleasure working with my designer, Amy, the installers, and customer service, particularly Della. Very happy customer!

Thank you to all who assisted with our recent drapery purchase, from our designer (Chris), installer (James), management (Cindy), and quality assurance rep, Della. Over the past several years, my husband and I bought Smith & Noble cellular or wood blind shades for all 27 windows in our home. When we realized that three of the cellular shades’ hidden mechanisms for raising and lowering them were malfunctioning and not getting better, we contacted the customer care department. I just worked with Sara Ferriola on Smith & Noble's online chat. She was great to work with. While she couldn't help me with exactly what I needed (parts for 13 year old blinds), she did offer a great solution to the problem.

Great customer service from Smith & Noble (Sara Ferriola helped me) I accidentally typed the wrong zipcode for my samples and so they were delivered to the wrong place. Sara was great and recreated the order and shipped it to the correct address, great given that it was my mistake! Thanks Sara!

I just placed an order (not my first) with Smith & Noble. My designer, Lachelle Gibson was incredibly helpful. She is professional, friendly, and courteous. She answered all of my questions. I asked one question that required her to verify her answer. She took the time to meet all of my needs, paying careful consideration to my budget requirements/constraints. I just placed my second order for some solar shades. The experience and quality of my first order had me come back. I had originally ordered a single solar shade for our front door and measured and installed myself. For this order, Daniel DeRemer had assisted me in placing an order for 3 solar shades for larger windows in our house. I'll also give props to their measurement guy who came to take the measurements of the windows. He was on-time, friendly and got all the measurements done quickly. Smith+Nobel's super helpful customer service rep, Sara Ferriola, quickly got me the answers I needed to place the correct order. Selling items is one thing, but selling items and providing excellent support on the purchase is a whole tier above. Thanks Sara.
