Ordered from Smith and Noble for years; never had a problem until my recent order. Several sheer shades arrived damage. Worked with Art Champen who got everything replaced quickly, kept me posted on status and followed up to make sure everything was corrected to my satisfaction. While it was disappointing to find damage during shipment S & N went above and beyond to correct the problem. Their customer service is superb. All the shades are up and operating properly. Very pleased with this purchase.
Fantastic customer service! My natural woven shades arrived and were perfect except for they needed lining. I was physically ill when they were being hung because you could see right through and I knew I was going to have to have them remade. I called the company to ask for help in getting a referral to a local vendor. I was immediately informed by Art at the company that the drapes would be remade at no additional cost to me. I recently received my third order from Smith & Noble. Everything arrived in perfect condition, well packaged/protected and the fine quality that we have come to enjoy from this company. I had followed the instructions on the website for measuring and they fit perfectly. The installation went smoothly and they look beautiful. I have been ordering from Smith and Noble for many years. Recently I redecorated and ordered some replacement woodblinds and Plantation Shutters. Tiffany was the consultant I worked with on the order and she was so kind and helpful. Customer Service here is above and beyond. I recommend you to everyone.
Absolutely wonderful experience. I updated 23 windows with shades and blinds and used their in home design services. So glad I had their designer Lori to help me navigate the overwhelming number of choices. She is knowledgeable, attentive to every detail and superb at follow through. I had positive experience every time I contacted Gina Everitt on blinds and drape installation issues. She was courteous, professional and customer focused in resolving issues to my satisfaction. Good job Gina and thanks for your help.
Every contact we had with the representatives was exceptional. The negative issue was the formula used to determine how much material is required to fill a specific length of curtain rod. We altimately had to double our order once we received it to get the appropriate fill. That being said, Gloria Morales was exceptional and went beyond what we could have hoped for to get us the correct quantity and in time for the our holiday. The product looks wonderful That
