I'm a returning customer and worked with Daniel DeRemer on ordering more blinds for my home. I was able to email Daniel my list of dimensions and he was able to locate my previous order and enter the new order quickly & accurately. I now wish that I had availed myself of their assistance on my first order but I am duly impressed with Daniel's professionalism and level of service. Thanks again
We purchased Smith & Noble blinds in 2016 and have enjoyed them immensely. The are high quality and really beautify our space. Yesterday, as a Valentines treat to ourselves, we chose to purchase black out blinds for one of our spaces. Lachelle was our phone representative and the service she provided was exceptional. She was upbeat, funny, quick to locate our prior order and a delight to work with. I highly recommend Smith &. Noble for window treatments.

Ilona Lopez provided excellent customer service. I was attempting to make a purchase using an American Express gift card. Initially I tried on my own and had trouble. I called and spoke to Ilonah who patiently walked me through the process. She also reviewed all of the measurements on my order to make sure they were accurate. I was very happy with the service she provided and I am anxiously awaiting my new window treatment.

I worked with Lachelle Gibson ordering shades for our new home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. Her insight as to what I needed was so helpful. After our conversations over the last two days and ordering the shades, I feel like I made a new friend. I will definitely call Lachelle at Smith and Noble for window treatments in the future!
I'll start my review with a spoiler alert: this story ends with an extremely happy customer, I absolutely love my drapes, and I would not hesitate to recommend Smith & Noble. But - it took an unusually long time to get here and it's worth sharing my experience in order to sing the praises of the S&N team.
