I cannot begin to express how utterly impressed I was with each and every person with whom I dealt throughout this process. Sydney Bucovetsky was responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and great. Casey Donaldson went above and beyond. She's Incredibly competent, lovely, and efficient and worked magic to make it all happen so quickly. Neil Tuzzio also went above and beyond. He's fantastic, extremely meticulous, professional-an utter pleasure. They're all such wonderful assets to Smith and Noble, I can't stress it enough!

I am looking to buy motorized shades and wood blinds. My rep was Mikki Stocking, she was very helpful with all of my questions. I also liked that she was able to send me information on how to install the blinds, which she emailed to me, as we were talking. She gave a quote while we were talking. She was great. I was totally pleased with Smith & Noble's customer service. I purchased over ten bamboo roman shades MANY years ago. Unfortunately I cut the cords too short on two of them during the last year. I replaced the cord on one shade with some string. That partially worked. I called S&N and spoke to Kenneth Onada. I was relieved that he was willing and able to provide me with cord long enough to replace the cords on both shades, as well as a couple of cord locks as one had broken. I generally DONT leave reviews but I was so impressed with the quality of the customer service provided by Mikki Stocking that I decided to put pen to paper literally! Mikki was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects. She helped me to find the product I needed. Anytime I emailed she responded quickly, Very helpful! thanks Smith & Noble
