I have two homes and have your shaded in both and just love them. I was able to measure, order, and install myself. I did have a problem with one and the customer service was excellent and replaced it under warranty. I would highly recommend Smith and Noble, their products and their customer service.
We purchased shades for our entire home last winter and one of the Roman shades we purchased developed a problem being raised and lowered. Smith and Noble was right on top of this when we called them and had someone come to our home to take the shade down, sent us a box to return the shade and then fixed it perfectly in just a few weeks. Can't say enough good things about this company and their excellent customer service. Special thanks to Angela Balles (the customer care advocate that worked with us).

Customer service is unmatched! Had an extremely positive experience working with design consultant Daniel DeRemer. Daniel went above and beyond in customer service - he even put together a samples package based on my preferences. Daniel followed up when he said he would and was always available for any questions. I have considered other companies for shades, however the quality of personal customer service wasn't found elsewhere. I look forward to receiving my shades and I look forward to working with Daniel in the future.
I have purchased numerous shades from Smith & Noble over the years. I recently had a lift cord break on a shade that was purchased in 2009. When I sent an email to find out if I could repair the broken cord, I received a return email from Tesiah letting me know that this was a warranty issue and she requested additional information. This morning I called the S&N Customer Care line and spoke to Shandyn Smock. I informed her that I ordered my window treatments on the 6th of October and was informed that I would have my product in home within 2 weeks. Well, I did not hear from the company so I called and we noticed that the ship date was not until the 28th of October. Shandyn called a contact through the company and in less than 5 minutes from the time we hung up she had an answer for me. I have ordered blinds from S&N many times in the past. Today I was ordering a very large honeycomb shade with an inside mount for a bow window that's for my mother so I HAD to get it right. Their online tools & guides are quite extensive once you find them and take the time to read through them.
