If you want the best phone designer for your window treatments, I recommend Brandon Pender, hands down. He knows the products thoroughly and is very clear minded and pleasant. He can walk you very patiently though any question you may have. He is good in all aspects of this business from color to operation to the math. I just had a hat consult with Sara Ferriola at Smith and Noble. She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I have ordered draperies from them in the past and the quality is unbelievable and they have the best fabric selection. .

I just worked with Ari Ochoa for my bedroom drapery. I had so many questions which she was able to answer very quickly. She made sure that I had everything I needed and was so pleasant to work with.
Ronnie was extremely helpful in solving a problem with our motorized roller shades. She figured out that we needed a charger and ordered the part for us, tracked the order and continued to follow up with phone calls every step of the way until the problem was solved.
