Nathan Fields went above and beyond in helping me not only replace a broken shade, but also tracking down part on a much older shade (over 10 years) no longer covered by warranty. I have always received excellent service from Smith & Noble but Nathan was simply exceptional.

I highly recommend Smith &Noble for quality products, their warranty and customer service. I am a designer and had a problem with a faulty shade. Sandy at S&N customer service arranged for it to be returned/repaired and followed up with a personal phone call to insure it was okay. I appreciate the service and Sandy for her professionalism and personal correspondence.

We had window treatments installed by Robert Mingoia. He was so professional, on time and quick. He did a great job and would endorse him for future installations, he was terrific.

Smith & Noble has some of the highest quality products around, and the products cover nearly every window in my home. But, even more impressive than the products is the customer service. Years and years after I have purchased a product, the amazing staff still sends replacement parts, answers questions, etc., and truly goes above and beyond to make everything better. I worked with Tiana Martinez over the web site Instant Messaging service. She was very responsive and helpful. She reviewed my window specs, description of what I was looking for, and a couple photos, then referred me to a colleague for a formal quotation. It was an easy interaction and great way to get started.

We ordered 7 shades for a new home in 2017. One shade started to bind this summer and would not fully come down. I contacted customer service and worked with Tiana Martinez. They took the old shade back and replaced it at no cost to me. Tiana was great following through on our new shade and keeping us up to date throughout the process.
