My latest order (the 4th in 20 years), 5 honeycomb shades, arrived in record time and in perfect condition-- 1 week to the east coast. I recommend taking advantage of the free samples offer, as actual colors do vary from print catalog and website and also with shade type (blackout, etc). And I highly recommend Shawn Hiegel, the consultant who contacted me shortly after my samples order and expertly guided me through the measuring and ordering process. I have purchased window coverings on two separate occasions and am delighted at the results! The quality of the product is what made me return to smith noble when needs arose again on my house. On both Occasions, my in home consultant Oxana Proctor came fully prepared to meet my window covering needs with options of texture, color, and performance and a great design sense. Especially with this last purchase she helped create the aesthetic I wanted for a home office and bedroom. She's is great to work with.

Due to a clerical error, the size of one of our blinds was entered wrong so when we put them up, one did not fit. When I called S&N, Angela Balles confirmed that I had used the measuring service and it was an error on S & N's part. Angela reordered the blind and rush shipped it so I received it before Thanksgiving. I appreciate her professional, careful and timely solution to the problem. We worked with Casey Donaldson on our purchase. She was very conscientious and professional. We ordered some blinds and were not happy with the choice of color. She helped us get replacements and we did not have to eat the entire amount of the first order......not like we got the replacements free....but they were cheaper than the original order even though the error was ours. I had a problem with delivery of a bi-pass door,so I contacted Audrey Savage who handled the problem with professionalism and kindness. She called me back three times on the same day to make sure I was happy with the solution. I absolutely love my solid wood louver bi-pass doors. The quality and style are perfect. I would like to personally thank Audrey for her helpfulness and caring about my purchase, it made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been.

Lori Jacoby, Design Consultant, assisted me for a couple of hours! She was able to answer all my questions, make professional recommendations and save me money! She is very knowledgable, professional and extremely easy to work with. I was nervous in the beginning and thought I had most of it figured out but I was so wrong. Your product, and especially your service, from Casey D.was of the highest quality. There was a complication in our order that Casey not only solved, but which she conducted with the highest professional standards. At every step, she checked in with me to make sure our order was proceeding as it should. And it always was. Finally, the installer who hung the shades was somewhat careless in his work. All the shades I ordered look great now that they are all finally installed. There were many issues throughout the process including the order not submitted correctly by the designer and an incorrect shipment sent resulting in further delays on the project. However I was lucky enough to speak with Kenneth Onoda in customer service when the problems started escalating. I just called to take advantage of the Pre Black Friday discount, but I really wanted to have someone come and measure for the blinds. I called to set up an appointment and asked if the discount could still be applied if I had someone come to measure. Unfortunately, the sale is only valid today, so the person with whom I spoke, Anissa Tate, said that she would walk me through the measuring process. She made it quick and easy and we were done w/in a 1/2 hour!
