Lori Jacoby, Design Consultant, assisted me for a couple of hours! She was able to answer all my questions, make professional recommendations and save me money! Your product, and especially your service, from Casey D.was of the highest quality. There was a complication in our order that Casey not only solved, but which she conducted with the highest professional standards. At every step, she checked in with me to make sure our order was proceeding as it should. And it always was. Finally, the installer who hung the shades was somewhat careless in his work. All the shades I ordered look great now that they are all finally installed. There were many issues throughout the process including the order not submitted correctly by the designer and an incorrect shipment sent resulting in further delays on the project. However I was lucky enough to speak with Kenneth Onoda in customer service when the problems started escalating. I just called to take advantage of the Pre Black Friday discount, but I really wanted to have someone come and measure for the blinds. I called to set up an appointment and asked if the discount could still be applied if I had someone come to measure. Unfortunately, the sale is only valid today, so the person with whom I spoke, Anissa Tate, said that she would walk me through the measuring process. She made it quick and easy and we were done w/in a 1/2 hour!

Tesiah Person did great job resolving my problem with a warranty issue and a new shade we purchased. She was very caring and did a great job of getting order correct ,keeping me updated on status and followed up with me until new shade was delivered. She and everyone I have dealt with at Smith and Noble conduct themselves as a company owner would. Anita Montelongo was so wonderful. She made me and my husband feel like we were valued customers and not just another number. She walked my husband through the ordering process and measuring process with ease. She also helped us when we messed up on the order. When we discovered there was an error in the order, Anita worked with us and the factory and had us back on track. Thank you for all your help. I cannot wait to get our treatments!!!

For once in dealing with a company that is primarily online, my issue was addressed in a timely manner, and I felt valued.
