Very Professional The two men sent to help us load our heaviest items were prompt, courteous & extremely helpful. They were strong and experienced. My wife and I are very fussy and the guys were very careful not to damage anything. We highly recommend both of these young men to everyone!

Avoid these guys at all cost Good concept, horrible execution. Corporate offices in Texas and local contractors are used for actual labor. Never on time, Always late. Very poor communication. Had to call multiple times to get actual start time. During unloading: scheduled for 3PM to 4PM. No communication till 8PM. Finally the local contractor calls at 8PM that they are running late - no $@!#%!!! Eventually, delayed till next morning for unloading. Schaumburg Illinois not as good as it could have been. The unload went much better in Winter park FloridThe The guys in Schaumburg Illinois spent a lot of time on their cell phone I rated them well on their reports but was not very pleased. We could have loaded much sooner without all the personal calls. The guys in unloading Winter Park Florida stayed right on doing their jobs. No phone interfearance. Good job.

Great Workers, but Office communications need improvement We used SML for both the loading and unloading of our move. The loading went well. The workers called to confirm their arrival time, they were prompt and very polite, and worked really hard to get the truck loaded! (We had staged the boxes in the garage, so they were able to work fast. They got the furniture from the house and finished up super quick) We were able to leave 1/2 day ahead of schedule, and called the office at 8am to reschedule the unloading. The... read more

This was a great idea and proved beneficial for me. I learned of this program while securing a Penske rental truck. Everything went smooth, especially when the crew arrived on time. I had staged most of my stuff and they went right to work loading without incident. The payment was handled over the phone and hassle free. This was the best investment of time and money that made my move from CA to AZ.

The guys in Florida were great The guys in Schaumburg Illinois Worked ok but spent a lot of time on their cell phones. We could have loaded much sooner but cell phones were a little bit of an issue.

Highly Recommend I have never used a moving company or movers before SML. I was very nervous. I didn't want my stuff being broke and/or ruined. My appointment was at 3:00pm and two very polite young gentlemen showed up promptly at 3:00pm. They introduced themselves and explained how this worked. They did a quick walk through with me and gave me recommendations on a few things. They said if I wasn't comfortable with what they recommended they would do it how ever I liked it. could not recommend this company At first I was thrilled. The packers did an amazing job of packing the truck, unfortunately when unpacking I found damage and marring from not padding and/or not paying attention to what was poking into other things. My water bed was destroyed, refrigerator was not reassembled and my File cabinet drawer slides had to be replaced, just to name a few.
