Movers arrived on time, were efficient and polite! I was very nervous about hiring movers to load my Penske Truck in One city and then another crew to unload furniture in Another city. The movers were clean, very personable and worked quickly, but with care. Nothing was damaged! SML did a great job loading the truck and unloading as well!

Great Experience. I was more than satisfied with every aspect of the service that SML provided. They accepted changes quickly and gave me invaluable advise about how to make the loading and unloading of my household goods. The crew that loaded was crazy good, friendly and totally knew how to take really good care of my belongings. Very good workers who showed up on time. Two strong young men showed up on time and they worked steadily and effectively to efficiently load our truck in a logical manner.
Horrible Experience I had a bad experience with Simple Moving Labor. There were three guys that came out to do the moving. They were very nice and pleasant to work with. The problem was that I do not think that had enough experience. They did a horrible job packing. I was at their office doing paperwork when they were packing, so I did not know how it started off. Efficient and friendly They aren't cheap...but they work hard and get the job done.
I Got Jacked the two guys that were sent out was SLOW didn't really know how to load a truck had to guide them all the way was about to unscrew things that had at least 30 screws that wasn't needed to take apart.will go to Home depot next time.this was a rip off will Never use this company if it is one again
Professional The two men were on time, careful, quick and nice.
Great Workers The workers were great. There is only two points where we had issues and I do not blame the employees. 1) The guys came from Lansing about 90 miles away. They did not know the area. Buy the time they got to the job. They did not have the gas to get to the final destination. We put gas in the vehicle. Because they were not from the area and the last place is so remote, we had to drive them back to the many highway a 1/2 hour awa.
