Made it easy The crew was early and did a great job packing the truck. During the long move, nothing was scratched or moved in the truck. Can't go wrong!
Residential off load The two fellows arrived a few minutes early and completed the offload within the two hour minimum.
Excellent service! I received excellent service from SML. Tahir and Jubriel worked really hard on a very hot day in downtown Manhatten. They were polite and prompt, and were able to get my job done in 2 hours. I was pretty nervous moving my daughter's belongings to NYC, and they just did a fantastic job for me.
Great crew of men showed up on time and worked hard the whole time. I was able to book them on short notice. Very helpful and professional!

Poor Customer Communication SML led me to believe they would show up to load my Penske Truck at 9 :00 a.m. no show. Then I called, SML gave me another window. Again no show, no call. This happened again. Finally, I called again. They sent someone at 6:30 p.m. to load me. My move to Conroe, Texas was delayed and I had to pay overtime on the other end to get unloaded. I would never use or recommend SML to anyone.

Some disappointment, but great workers The crew for my move did not show up during the time window provided when I made the reservation. The company did call to check in and was told of the no show. A few minutes later I had a call back saying that they had been double booked. The only option was a 2nd crew scheduled to arrive 4 hours later. The 2nd crew was great....fast, professional and helpful.
