the gentlemen were very polite and hard working The gentlemen were very hard working, especially since it was very hot that day and we certainly appreciated their effort to pack as quickly as possible, they were very polite so they received a high rating. I thought because of the heat they would arrive closer to 9 AM but I believe it was closer to 10:30. Quick, efficient, and professional. First, getting someone scheduled was super easy. SML was fast at working with me and my schedule. The representatives were very professional and pleasant to talk with. When I had to change the date by a couple days, it was not a problem at all and they were still able to find people to help out when I needed. Good Service They arrived on time and quickly removed the contents of my truck and put items where I told them. If I need help in the future I will call SML.
Good communication, however we had alot of damaged things due to being packing of the truck. Things that were broke because heavy items were packed on top of fragile things ie. glass doors and some wood furniture. We had a glass door that is for a Sauna that was completely shattered. It will cost about $350 to replace. I understand that some damage may occur due to moving but this should not have happened. Other smaller items were damaged as well.

They put end tables on top of one another without padding inbetween Hard working but not the best at protecting the furniture or securing it well
Moving made easy Even with several delays waiting for our settlement date, SML was always helpful. The team they sent were fast, efficient, cautious and curtious. I HIGHLY recommend SML for all you moving needs.
Horrible experience from start to finish. 5 hours late for the truck loading and only one person showed up for the unloading when we were supposed to have 3.
