Excellent, careful work SML messed up my e-mail address and did not send the labor contract to me in advance, and then, even after having discussed the work at length they did not telephone to say, "Excuse me, but we haven't received the contract back (that we didn't send to you because we wrote your e-mail down incorrectly); do you still want the service?" So moving day came, the schedules were all set up, vacation time was taken, friends were all set to help, and the truck was out front, but NO LABOR SHOWED UP!!! ARRGGHH... read more

Movers were friendly; service was fair Friendly movers, fair service. Movers did not seem particularly professional or skilled. Telephone communication in advance was good.

These men were a big help to us! The men were prepared and knew exactly how best to pack our truck. It was a great experience and they were very kind and helpful! We were certainly glad we choose them and would absolutely do so again!!!

Very good communication Very impressed with the communication. The crew were very efficient but a little distant. When we loaded the team leader and the crew introduced themselves by name. That makes a big difference. I think the guys should wear name tags on a job. I hugely respect what they do. It just needs to be personalized a bit.

Totally worth it!!!! We moved our son and daughter in law to Orlando recently and hired movers to help us unload. We found SML through the Penske rental truck. The 2 men that showed up not only found us in a huge apartment complex (for some reason they didn't have my cell phone number), they were awesome! They got right to work and worked steadily. Recommend, with a heads up My experience with SML was positive in general. I ordered 2 helpers and 4 arrived. They were friendly, eager, organized, and good at packing a truck. The downside for me was that the two men who tackled the first item--a large teak bookcase--did not take into account that a bookcase with removable shelves, when twisted, would collapse. Much damage was done. All else went OK.

Thank You! Excellent coordination and communication. The two gentlemen (and they were) were very kind and hustled non-stop. They were careful and considerate. I work as a customer support manager for a global aviation companycompany andi can say without hesitation, all phases of the move were smooth and worry-free. I highly recommend SML to anyone -- no "if, ands , or buts"....SML is top notch!
