Simple and excellent Everybody did a great job at both ends. Very pleased.
No complaints at all! SML - Simple Moving Labor provided a top class service for my which I was very happy with. The move itself went fine, I have no complaints at all and no issues arose over the course of the job, all went smoothly. Their staff and movers were very easy to work with and the price that they quoted and charged for the service fell into the reasonable category. I would recommend them highly for a move if you are thinking about one!
Fabulous, Mediocre and Don't quit your day job The first experience was by far the best. Movers were outstanding in every way, fast efficient and above and beyond. The next crew was barely capable. Hovered while signing paperwork, did not know how to cover furniture with pads and stretch wrap. I pointed out to them that they were doing it backwards and then they did it correctly, but not without explaining to me in great detail why they wrap the furniture with stretch wrap FIRST and then drape a pad over it. Best money EVER spent on moving! I have to say, this is the best money I've ever spent on moving. We were in Oklahoma City to move our son back to the Midwest and were concerned about getting him moved out of a 3rd floor apartment in OKC summer heat. Melvin, Eric and Eric showed up on time, ready to work. These 3 guys were very professional, worked like mad men and got the job done in just 70 minutes! Movers were slow, damaged things and didn't listen The guys were slow. I had to convince them to carry things up the stairs. Most of our furniture now has scratches because they didn't use the blankets we provided. They also didn't follow directions at all and didn't put the stuff on the truck I wanted on the truck.
A Lifesaver I can't say enough about how much easier this company made our move. Their loaders and unloaders were pleasant and efficient - even in sulty 90 degree weather. We had to change times for the unloaders twice and they still got to us in a timely manner. I will recommend them to anyone who needs movers.

Excellent on every level A friend of mine moved in the same week that I did, using other moving helper services. While she had items stolen, things broken, and service that was not on time, I enjoyed excellent communication prior to my move, prompt arrival, friendly service, and (the best part) ZERO surprises on the cost. Great serviceI The two movers came, did their job efficiently and carefully, did not waste time and then left after making sure everything was okay. First time I have ever had movers do such an efficient job. I feel the amount charged was fair. Again, first time, ever!
