Move from Ohio to Florida The loading team was not very efficient and arrived without the necessary tools to complete the job and therefore it took extra time to locate tools from a neighbor. They also took several smoking breaks which drove up the time needed to pack my belongings. They were very pleasant, but unorganized. The unloading team was very organized, efficient and made every effort to complete the work within the two hour time commitment.

Good communication before move. Office called several times confirming date, time, location and ensuring there would be no surprises. Team showed up in time window as expected. Packing skills were efficient, could have been faster, but heat index that day was 100+. Overall great experience. Thanks for your help.
cleveland ohio August 4 Used SML on other side of a 25 hour 1380 mile haul. The two movers, Shane and Adam, were professional, friendly, hard-working and moved some big pieces carefully and efficiently. The whole experience was ENJOYABLE!!!!! Thanks.

Loading was great, unloading only good Bright Eyes movers did the loading in Ohio and were very professional and on-time. They gave you the feeling that they had done many moves before. On the unloading in Indiana the movers showed up late. They were not dressed professionally and almost seemed to randomly unload.
