Will never use this company again! Before they even arrived, it cost me $80! Apparently they get paid to drive to work. Outrageous! I was happy with the help overall but when I got the final numbers and called to find out what the $80 charge was for, it changed my mind. I have hired movers before and never paid them to drive to my house! I will look elsewhere for help next time.z
The movers did an excellent job, but the staff at the customer service center were not the friendliest. Also, when I was overcharged and I gave the reason why, I had a difficult time getting that amount refunded and got the impression that the representative did not believe me. Average customer service, great delivery service, but the movers in Harlingen charged me for an extra hour , which resulted in me being charged an extra $117. Loading Uhaul The employees were very professional and loading the moving van in a very timely manner. They also took apart the bedroom furniture for me and made sure all items were secure and wouldn't get damaged during transit. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help during a move

Great experience! The two gentlemen showed up well within the hour window, we're professional, respectful and very genuinely nice guys. They were pleasant and took great care loading the moving truck. I wish I hired them to unload as well! Definitely would use SML again.
Fair but problems. SML hired Muscled Up Movers from Huntsville, AL and they did a great job of loading my boxes for the move. They followed directions. No complaints. At the Wilmington NC end, it was a problem and it was my fault for not supervising the movers who unloaded the truck. I ask them to avoid placing boxes on air conditioner outlets in the great room where boxes were to be stored. I also ask that boxes be placed where I could see the inventory numbers. great follow-thru from the parent company The sub-contractors used in Phoenix were professional, clean, and courteous. The parent company followed up to ensure their arrival, and service.
Irresponsible moving company Overall the moving labor company, SML, did a poor job and is claiming no responsibility for damages. The moving company called/emailed numerous times prior to the load and unload to confirm we were still needing the movers. It was excessive and a waste of our time every 24-48 hours to re-confirm for 10 days prior to the move.
