Fast, polite and got the job done well The guys were on time, worked hard and quickly moved all our items in. Followed directions well too. We think they did a fine job.

Getting the move set up was easy, my move specialist was patient, kind, and extremely helpful, answered all my questions, (which at times were duplicate). They sent confirmations, reminders, gave me good advice. Amazing to work with!! Our movers were on time, worked steady and stayed until the job was done. Overall I would recommend this company I moved from Philly to Maryland. I needed movers to load and unload. The guys were very professional and kept my belongings safe.
Excellent value Demetrius and his crew were punctual and energetic. Demetrius plunged right in to unloading a truck for us. We had other workers and friends on hand, but Simple Demetrius and his crew made short work of what was left.
Excellent service in all ways but one. The 2-man crew waited outside my home for 15 mintues trying to contact me on my cellphone, while I was home and madly working inside, with the front door open and professional clearners going in and out. It was obvious I was home, but not carrying my cellphone. So, the crew should have just come to the door. So, they ended up charging me for the extra 15 mintues they were waiting outside, when such a charge would not have been necessary. See the review summary above.

Unloading in Upstate New York I asked for 3 guys as I knew I had a big job. 2 showed up 1 hour late. It was a 3 guy job. 2 guys became exhausted and we had to help finish and the job was finished incomplete. Items needed to be in my basement and yet got put in Garage. If i had 3 mover like originally requested this would of been achieved. The workers sent were hard workers, I just needed 3 to do job proper. Great experience The customer service rep who scheduled my move was helpful and clear. My move was one-way, so I had 2 moving crews to schedule, and she worked with me to make sure I got the crews I needed at the times I needed them. Each crew arrived within the arrival window and worked quickly and efficiently. Great overall experience and would use them again.
