Excellent assist. On time. Moved fast. Cushioned goods. First dual in N.C. Arrived a little early (good). Moved goods quickly & cushioned goods very well. Allowed early departure by truck. 2nd dual in AL arrived a little early ( good). Unloaded quickly, moved goods to preferred positions, Reassembled goods as needed. Very pleased with assistance provided. Thanks.
Crew was 1.5 hrs late and 1 crew member was very inappropriate with their conversion The crew was 1.5 hrs late and one crew member shared he was a stripper-- TMI! I received $75 off of my bill, if I had not been ready I would have had to pay the hourly rate, I should have received a concession based on the hourly rate I was paying due to the crew being late after the hour window they were suppose to start work (the crew was suppose to be at my home between 10:30 - 11:30AM, they did not arrive until 1:30AM this was after sp... read more

Very capable movers. Showed up as scheduled and worked quickly and well.
IN Move Excellent communications. I rated a little low on service as I felt the snide comments of customer packing was inappropriate. However, almost everything was put where I requested. A desk was not where I wanted, they just said it was too big for the door. Afterwards, in measuring, it will fit, if the door is removed. That should have been mentioned. They did an excellent job of getting large items to the basement.
