Late, but once ther very efficient Original crew did not show. Repkacement guys were excellent. But charging me a fee for repkacement guys travel did not sit well.
EXCELLENT The gentlemen who loaded the moving van at the Tallahassee location were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They really know their trade. Nothing was damaged, everything was packed into the van like a perfect jigsaw puzzle that NOTHING rattled or shook. Plus they made it so easy for the un loaders at the other end in Jacksonville. Top notch customer service and follow up. I was on the road behind schedule and realized I was going to need help unloading a 26 ft van. Penske referred me to SML while I was stopped in NM, and while the standard turn-a-round for a call back to schedule movers was 48 hrs., the call taker in TX knew the situation, apparently coordinated with SML in AZ and I received a call within hours. Great experience but a little pricey. The 2 guys you sent were very professional, polite and efficient. They finished a big job in under the 2 hour minimum and were very personable. They packed my 16 foot truck to the gills and not a thing moved or shifted on our trip from Nashville to Clemson (7 hours.) After unpacking, there was nothing scratched, dented or broken. Great experience. The price was high but it took a huge burden off of my wife and I. Well worth it.
They were Great!!! We were very happy with the crew that was sent out to help us unload our truck. We have 3 storage units and each one had a different type of items in it. They put them in each unit just like we asked them. They were nice and very helpful.
Great service!! The workers did a great job. They took all the stress of moving furniture and boxes from the second floor into the truck.
Great communication on set up. the team who helped moved were friendly and helpful. Qiuick, ontime and focused on the task. would definitely use them again.
