It’s way over priced for 2 hours. With the crowd we only got to slide 3 times. No hot chocolate left. Staff was not friendly. Last year was much better.

Food was awful. Bought the meal plan for 6. Snow was more like ice as the staff didn’t fluff it up every half hour. Was very compacted.

Main complaint was with the snow globe. The snow ball fights were unacceptable! My three year old minding her own business got chucked in the stomach by an older teen throwing snowballs!!!! Absolutely not ok to not have security with a known problem. The gentleman at door did nothing but say “people don’t listen” my three year old cried and refused to go back in. The line at the skate to just get a bear assistance was ridiculous, def need a separate line or just more people working to help out. The tubing we got stuck on go... read more

I called, gad to leave a message and we turned around. Two days later they called back and I said we are good going the following Saturday and totally understand the weather situation. They then charged me seve... read more

Rude staff. Underwhelming experience. The waiver on the website wasn’t accepted at the gate.

Ive been every year since opening, rented an igloo this year and last year, this year no one is checking wrist bands random people coming in and out of the igloo. One person who came into the igloo asked where the private igloo sign was because “he wasnt leaving”. Lines since adding VIP are much longer only got to slide down once. The new play area added no supervision kids going wild, no one ever sanitized the play area. Overall not sure if ill come back next year.
