Wifi didn't work no service sent us down in soft bottoms when it was melted and hard we went down once and rest of 2 hours the 4 kids w us didn't even want to ride the slopes that we paid the money we did to do mostly. Ice skating attendants were rude 1 kid was clearly intoxicated and didn't want to be at work we are return customers that brought 1st time attendees who said they'll never go back none of food trucks were open minimal things to choose from beverage wise but payments were a pain u could tell employees every... read more
For $40.00 there’s nothing. Long wait times for tubing and kids are bored.
Lines are so long and crowded. Why would a person pay for only 2 hours of tubing when just 3 out of 9 or 10 lines are open? It takes so much time carrying the tub up plus all those people! it will be better to have tubs already up there and open all lines. We only did it twice. Not worth it. Skating was OK, but again, just a few people working and long lines. Igloo was blah. I'm so Glad I didn't take any friends or family. I'm sorry that with my kids we paid $300 or mote to just stand in an unending line
This place has great potential, but poor management. Waiting in 3 lines for refreshments, a line to order a line to pick up food and then a separate line for drinks. Each vendor should be able to provide the basics and have their own kiosk. Honestly a set up similar to a fair would work better. Most people select where they’ll eat based on the line. This was mass confusion. Bathrooms need a full time attendant very nasty. Getting a tube to enjoy the hill was chaos that needs a better system. Guest dragging a tube knocked dow... read more
Unhappy with the experience. First time going and was expecting something managed more properly. Had special time slots for tubing to supposedly eliminate long lines and by the time we waited in line to get on the tube hill, then wait to get tubes or go up the hill, there was a very long line for the family tubes. It took us 45 minutes to go down 1 time. They sold unlimited snow time passes for an extra $53/person and I don't think they cared how many of those they sold. Really over crowded. Food lines were a mess, som... read more
Not safe or worth the money The very first time we went down the slope there was a worker in the middle of our lane spraying it down with water. The workers on top releases the ride with us on on the tube and we slammed the man at the fastest part of the ride. I tried to slow us down and stop us before we hit him and got horrible burns all over my hands. The other lanes to the left got smacked in the face with the hose (luckily didn’t hit or break their necks !) he had been holding. The worker we hit at full speed flew in ... read more
Experience here was half and half. One of your front gate ladies were very kind both when entering and leaving. Both the man and woman serving the beer were both kind and helpful. The older lady who was in the dessert food truck was funny, kind and had good customer service. Now here’s what made my experience bad. I’m a black man and Two of your girls on the slopes rubbed me the wrong way. One of them questioned me about if it was my first time, asked if I’ve seen the video, asked for my wrist band and I had already told her... read more
The experience is a bit pricey for having to pull and carry your own tube in a 15-25 minute line .
rude manager at the food truck. there was oil on my hot chocolate and i asked for it to be remade and she said that it was the whipped cream that had melted but i’ve never seen whipped cream produce oil ever so… that was really gross and on top of that she argued with me for about 10 minutes about giving me a remake after i was told by that cashier that it would be remade…
