I purchased 4 tickets on line. Web paged doubled it to 8. I fought for 9 days of e-mails to Snowcat and their ticket office. Finally got 4tickets refunded. After all that stress no one wanted to go any more. They would not refund all the money. My niece tried to buy on line and it also DOUBLED HER ORDER. I believe they don’t want to fix their web page. WATCH OUT EVERYONE
If I could give no start I would 100%. They have no type of organization when it comes to changing days. My family and I drove two hours and it was pouring rain and the main attractions were shut down due to lightning. And they still made us pay to transfer our ticket days. The price difference for the ticket is understandable, but an additional fee on top of that is insane. The customer service was terrible. no one knew what they were doing at the window and they had rude faces on as if everyone in line was asking them to d... read more
Horrible experience and over priced!! I paid for VIP experience and it was horrible! Kids were getting yelled at for having fun and staff was very rude!! For $614 worth of VIP didn’t feel very special!! I do not recommend this place will not return. I have a video I did and going to post it to my Instagram with over 1.2 million followers so they can save money and stay away!!
You don’t get what you pay for- all the single tandem lanes were shut down- didn’t even have ice made to go tubing. The workers said they don’t open them until December. But yet we pay full price for all the activities. I would waste your money- it truly wasn’t worth it. I asked for a manager who make financial decisions and got head of security (Adam) and what an unprofessional guy with no say on anything at the end of the day! Wouldn’t give me the head managers name which is very unprofessional. If your park was so func... read more
I was canceled after already buying my tickets because a change in the opening dates and was never able to visit the place because the web never complete my order online for the second time. Called many times never received assistance.
The bathrooms were horrible. Had to hold my breath while using it because of the smell. The food was overpriced. The igloo had nothing but ice in it. Nothing exciting about it. It’s just an enormous freezer. The entire experience is definitely not worth the money spent.
For the money, there wasn't a lot to do. My son was exhausted climbing the hill to ride. The moving walkway was unsteady You charged extra for ice skating, not sure why. We were told to wear warm clothes and it was 80 degrees in most places. Not sure why those not riding or playing in the snow had to buy a ticket. I saw this as a one time visit. Thank you for asking.
The place seemed excellent to spend the day, the bad thing was the attention from a representative or park employee, she treated us in a rude and derogatory way, just for the simple reason of helping my son under 4 years old to get out of the ice skating rink (I'm sure it was because of discrimination for being Latino) since there were many parents doing the same thing and after three hours of being there, he just walked towards me? without telling anyone else! That was what she expressed when addressing us, even my 12-year-... read more
We purchased the 6-8p time, the 1st set of single/double slides were not open and 1 of the 4 family slides was not open. The lines were very long, many people were cutting the line, the walkway movers stopped working multiple times to the point that we had to pull our rafts up the ramps ourselves, and we waited 45 minutes for the family slide. So…in all, we got to go on 2 individual slides and 1 family slide and then we’re told we were over our time and could not go on anymore slides. For the price we paid, it was really unf... read more
