The place was a cool idea but we paid a LOT of money for the snow tubing experience. Unfortunately, the single and double rider snow tubing was closed and we attempted to contact customer service which was a complete joke. Just a message saying all sales final. Paid $225 for tickets and parking not to mention very overpriced food, to not be able to enjoy the slopes. Rediculous. The park was a cool idea and it has potential but charging someone for an attraction they can’t enjoy is insane.
Hmmmmmm that's interesting.....there was a ton of negative reviews from the last couple weeks.. I know, because I was reading them every other day......and now poof....they are all erased. Thats shady.
I paid $180 for me an my three kids and we only got to snow tube twice because more than half of the lanes were closed and the two hrs we were just standing in line. Overpriced food. Paid $12 for a simple plain hotdog with a Lemonade. Overall spend $210 just to leave with kid’s crying.
It was not enough snow for the kids to make snowman, nothing like they advertised. Very disappointed.
The employee who was helping the girl from the main entrance was very rude, walking away and yelling without giving me attention to my concern, related to the tickets that I purchased online. Was my first time at the park and I was a little confused about where to show my tickets, and I received zero help from this employee. The Iglu area was with too much gasoline fumes that make my child sick, making this impossible to stay there.
The people you talk to for parking are rude and don’t help you if your new. The snow in the Igloo is very hard and not easy to play with and it don’t have snow falling then there the bathrooms are nasty and small there only one food food with not many options and food just different type of nachos. The ice hill were really fun especially doing it with your family and the big tubes. I would probably never go again though.
Shady. less than a week ago a Google reviews had 172 reviews and rating of 2.7 Stars. Not sure how you erased all of the negative comments but these reviews are cherry picked
No snow at all. It’s a scam
Most attendance and staff are friendly until there is a problem or issue. 11/28 7pm i rode the tube slides as a single rider at 230lbs. I sped right through the edge of the improperly placed red stop block and slammed full speed into a solid wood fence. Nobody showed any real concern and two employees actually blamed me for riding it over the recommended 300lbs. Safety is bare minimum and employee training need s work.
Snowcat Ridge has a 3.8 star rating with 6,633 reviews.
Snowcat Ridge is open now. It will close at 10:00 p.m.
