Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

Me and my girl went yesterday night was with the 5-7 crew some staff was helpful but most were rude they weren’t responding kindly to questions about the sled dropping when it was our first time we were told we couldn’t play with the ice snow without shovel when all we were told was no throwing the snow yelled at for not staying on side walk when we was already at our vehicle ur staff member was speeding out of parking lot and almost hit several of visitors including me and my girl he knew he messed up and said sorry still n... read more
We paid for 2 hours!! And you shut down after 40 minutes! We drove 2 hrs there and 2 hours back paid the full amount and you closed in perfect weather cuz your employees are tired and wanted to go home
Nothing more than a glorified carnival slide. Don't waste your time or money. And very poor customer service!
the service and attention of the employees is good, but the attraction itself is nothing more than the slides, and the big igloo is just a freezer with ice inside poor experience I will not come back.
High price for what you get and after 20 mins they closed the double ride for adults and they didn’t communicate that to the public so after your doing the line for double ride they tell you that is closed 😞 and then you need to do another line for single ride. They need to work more on management.
My family purchased tickets in advance and drove over an hour to come to this place only to find out it was closed that day. No emails, texts, or even a mention on their Facebook to let people know. When we asked why at the gate the workers shrugged nonchalantly and said "I don't know, you've got to leave." It's cool to be a new business attraction and everything but people expect a certain level of courtesy and this was a far cry from that.
This place sucks!! They would not let me in to SIMPLY take pictures of my son and husband without paying for a ticket!!!! True snow tubing on the north is much better AND you don't have to buy a ticket to simply walk on the grounds!!
Needs more organization, better installation s
It was not what we expected! They advertisements to this place fools you. The food at the place was terrible and very expensive, employees were very rude. The trash cans full of bees and my kid almost got bit. He has severe allergies and we wouldn’t of been able to breathe and no hospital is near by. It’s very difficult for little one to drag those donuts up that lift they should be up at the top not at the bottom and that family ride is not for kids very scary poor kids to the parents that force those kids to go on that rid... read more
