Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

Our tickets were cancelled only a few hours before attending. And not even a complementary ticket was given or the option to reschedule. Will not be recommending.
Snowcat ridge was shut down and I drove 45 minutes to it. They did not send us any heads up about it being shut down. When we drove up, they yelled at us to keep on moving with horrible attitude. Terrible experience overall.
On the day of Mg friends and I got a message saying it was canceled & they were gonna send an email to.refund the money . But we haven’t received anything yet .
After driving 2 hours and 45 minutes to get there we were told that Snowcat Ridge would be closed for the day due to mechanical issues. We were told that we should have gotten an email about it. The park was supposed to open at 3pm and we got a text at 230 pm saying that the park would be closed because Pasco County wouldnt let them open for reasons unclear. Canceled our reservation 30 minutes before after we drove 2.5 hours This was my granddaughter’s birthday present very disappointing
They cancelled on us . And then wouldn’t refund it to the card that I made another purchase on. No one told us about the cancellation we drove an hour to get there to find out . Unacceptable.
You canceled last minute on my sons bday thanks used all my money to go here and I couldn’t do anything for his day appreciate it
So my entire family was so excited to go today! Approximately 4 hours before our time slot, I received a text that Pasco County closed them down. I spoke to a rep and they said there legal team is working on reopening. Apparently SnowCat Company has known since Dec. 9th that Pasco had pulled their permit.
