You would think with a virus the would in force wearing a mask, social distancing, or even sanitize the tub. You would see staff walking without mask especially thr tubbing area. Tables were not not clean down. I saw one sanitizer. The restroom area was filty it was dark don't known if that was a good thing or bad. I had to use my cell phone to see inside. Only three booths were open. As cold as it was outside you would think someone would be selling hot chocolate or something warm. I would of enjoy myself if i didn't have... read more
The food options were lacking and not good. Where’s the hot chocolate? There was no lights/music show. The snowy slopes weren’t snowy. There was no enforcement of mask wearing. Overall, my family and I were disappointed.
Don’t think it’s great place but I loose my money
Not worth the money, rushed to reopen after the county closed them down so they won’t have to refund their customers money, dirty, very few vendors showed up and who did where set up what looked like cardboard tables, 2 food trucks, the snow dome smelled of machine oil and the snow was packed so hard it was difficult to play in! Very disappointed in the whole experience..
VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! No fresh snow in sight, the Igloo has no fresh powder but rather you were standing on a block of ice. The Snowy Slopes, was enjoyable for the first two times. But what they don's explain is that you are carrying/dragging the tube for quite a bit of time. Yes there is a moving ramp, but you have to get the tube there and back around. Not a lot of vendors, only 2 with food which consisted of extremely long lines. The bathroom situation is horrible, 20+ porta potty with 2 sinks that have no real wat... read more
Disappointing - over priced for experience. Food places were not opened. Only a few craft tables open. In and out in under an hour.
Im gonna make this as short but to the point as possible. I decided to go on a Monday so I could pay 25...thank God I did that. Paying 40 to do this would have been absolutely insane. I feel like I grabbed 75 and burnt in. The entrance to the park is pretty, the organization with the parking is good, checking in to the park was easy and the attendants to check you in are friendly and helpful. The magic carpet is really cheepy and bumpy. Once you go up and wait in line to slide the staff is good. Now, my problem was, an... read more
I wouldn’t know how the experience was because you all let me know you were closing 30 mins before we were set to leave, my 2 and 4 yr old kids were devastated. Thanks.
I’m extremely disappointed that our trip was cancelled because of Pasco County. Whatever the reason they were force closed the park should have done more to make it right for the customer. Refund alone will not make my child happy who cried when I told her we were not going.
