Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

Shouldnt even get 1 star...Received a text as we left for the hour drive with our excited 2 year old that snowcat ridge closed today, no explanation, our tickets are cancelled. I am absolutely disgusted. My daughter was so excited to go build a snowman and we are breaking her little heart. Bought my tickets Tuesday for an event set for Thursday Dec. 10th. Drove over 4hrs to get here, booked an hotel for 2 nights(because the website says open from 3pm-9pm) didnt want to drive back so late at night with my family. Spent all morning getting ready to leave, only to receive a text message 30 mins before park opening stating that the park is closed today, due to unknown circumstances from Pasco County??!! Snow?????? Ice maybe !!!! Waste of $$$$$$
Park closed within 15 minutes of me showing up. No explanation given as to why you closed and no one helped me understand how to get a refund for the 70$ I spent
The slopes were amazing. The Antarctica was a waste of time. The food was horrible. Gas station food was better! Shops were depressing. The hot chocolate was awful they poured hot water and added coco powder with no care. I purchased all day pass and planned to stay until 10pm then at 8pm all the stores and food places suddenly closed and then 20 minutes later they made an announcement that they are closed and everyone has to leave. My appointment was at 8 pm they charged me for 2 hours and I could not ride only once they closed at 8:05....
Disappointed with how management response.Doesn’t value customers It’s was our first time there with my kids that are all exited . We drove for almost 2hrs got there late apparently only have 15 mins left that slides ride . We didn’t know how it goes sense ticket are purchased online .I thought that they open at 4pm , Told them the situation yet, we still have to up grade our ticket $5 each of us that makes me paid $25 more for another 2 hours which is only 4 times we did because of the lines . Paid for two hours, but the place closed after about an hour or so. I guess they got shut down early? Either way, I didn't get what I paid for. I drove two hours just to get there and the place closed early.
