Absolutely horrible, nobody cares about masks, not COVID friendly at all should be shut down just for that and a horrible experience, food is too expensive, the igloo sucks it’s just ice, to go up to the tubing you get on a horrible conveyor which makes it feel like your constantly going to fall

Worst rude unprofessional customer service I've seen in any park here in Florida i saw workers blatantly being disrespectful to the customers from the food trucks to the mountain top where alpine slide is the profanity workers used to others and amongst themselves in front of the little once was truly disgusting

The single and tandem slides need to have a conveyor belt start similar to the family slides. I tried to get started down the slide and had a difficult time. One of the guys told me to bounce up and down, which I did but nothing was happening. Instead of trying to help me get started, he laughed at me and said he saw little girls that bounced better than me. Little girls are not 5"10" tall and weigh 250 pounds either. As a result, I had to use my feet to drag me over the edge. Unfortunately, I couldn't get my feet up i... read more

While the snow patrol staff was very friendly, the food truck vendors were very slow and very rude. They seemed to be very young and not very well trained at their job.

I purchased two tickets online and wanted to purchase three once we arrived. Purchase parking pass. Go to the box office and was informed we could not purchase additional tickets due to being sold out. It was a waste of time for us as we traveled over an hour away. It was my daughter’s birthday and she was very disappointed.

It was beautiful but they only had 5 slides open when they have a total of 15 or 20.... making the wait the wait at the top a 45 minute wait. So yes you have 2 hours to use the slide but most of it is used waiting in line.....

Your pictures are very deceiving. You show several lanes for the tubing, yet you only utilized less than a quarter of those. With passes only good for two hours, and the wait for just one ride being 40 minutes, I feel that we got ripped off. You should utilize all of the lanes so that people can get their money's worth. The vendors at the Lemonade stand were incredibly rude, as was one of the other vendors asking for a dollar tip to simply sell us a bottled Coke. I would like our money back. We drove round trip three hours o... read more

Nothing like I had expected. The photos are deceiving. There was little snow (ice) to see, not enough to build a snowman. The igloo was small and full of people so hard to really get around and play in the so called snow. It only took about an hour for my family and I to explore everything there was to do there. I felt as if this place charged way too much money for what they had to offer. Very sad and disappointing. I would not waste you money by purchasing tickets.

Not worth the $39.99 with $15 service fee, $14 sales tax, and $15 parking all added on. Because of the long wait, in the 2 hour time slot we had, we only got to slide twice.. That was pretty much the only thing to do there.
