Verified Renter I love living here. It’s super convenient to everything. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. But none of the security features work. The gate doesn’t close and the doors in the buildings never lock. Parking is a nightmare sometimes.

Verified Renter So far a great community with nice neighbors and friendly staff. We love the complimentary coffee. We sat in on our first community get together at the paint and sip. Met some nice folks . The complex is very close to work and we are enjoying walking to utc attractions.

Verified Renter I am loving my new apartment and the aray of amenities offered here at Solaire! The location is unbeatable with UTC Mall, shopping, food, & more all within walking distance. I did read the reviews prior to moving in but the office staff was very helpful with answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I may have had. Maintenance does a great job at keeping the property pristine. I would recommend Solaire to any family/friend looking for a new place to call home.
