Verified Renter Wow!! After years of dealing with property management companies that took forever to respond to emergency efforts, our first encounter with Solaire's team was the best. We found a small leak under the kitchen sink. Within 15 minutes, our resident Mr. Fix-It was in our home, fixing the issue. Living at Solaire is a joy. We are so happy we moved here.

Verified Renter We have enjoyed living here for almost three years now. We are on the fourth floor, with a beautiful view. Office and maintenance personal appear to be doing an excellent job.

Verified Renter Nice amenities and clean property. Location is great. Some confusion on move in costs but those were corrected. I did not enjoy going to a Walmart to pay my initial bill, not a good experience at all. Other than that I’ve enjoyed it so far.

Verified Renter Convenient to everything. The amenities like the fireplace have never worked and there is no dog park. The locks on the doors don’t all work so anyone can come in the buildings.

Verified Renter I’ve been a resident here since June 2021. While I have had a few reasonable challenges, I have really enjoyed living here for the most part! And when there have been concerns, they have been addressed quickly. Great location, very spacious, and awesome pool/fitness facility. The newest management team is excellent and professional. Bernard and Caleb deserve special mention, as they are always so helpful, friendly, and easy to work with.
