Verified Renter Office staff and maintenance do a very nice job. Would like to see a little more noise control in the evenings. Very nice location close to a lot of restaurants and mall. Also, Benderson park is right around the corner.

Verified Renter Living here has been amazing. All my neighbors are so nice and there is such a piece of mind living somewhere so nice. The leasing agents are also great to work with.

Verified Renter It’s been about 6 months of living here. Everyone has been wonderful to help if anything was wrong and the property is always beautiful. Would recommend this place to any of my friends if they didn’t already live somewhere else.

Verified Renter So far so good. Only complaints are the lack of parking and I guess seeing a bug or two inside. Also storage took a few days to get but besides that all good.

Verified Renter so far: solely based on the apartment- amazing! the interior is so nice. i think some things about the kitchens are a little awkwardly constructed (hard to reach in the cabinets/ weird angles) but overall great. im in love with the windows and natural light. my only complaint lies with the leasing office not able to give me a storage unit until 3 days after move in (I had to keep extending my uhaul rental). also the public use bell carts are never available and there’s only one per building.
