Verified Renter Very nice, very clean so far. Walls and ceiling/floor are a lot more thin than I would have expected for a place of this caliber. I love the mail room, but I don't like that I have to pay for the parcel pending and fees on top of that if I forget my package. Elevators have an odd smell to it and I don't enjoy being locked into Xfinity. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely though, and the community is wonderful

Verified Renter Great location! The amenities are nice but not kept clean. They have events for the residents twice a month which is nice. It gives you a chance to meet your neighbors.

Verified Renter We really enjoy living in this community. It's new, clean and the maintenance team is fantastic. The location is also great. However, parking is a big issue if you don't own a garage, which costs an additional $150. One thing that bothers me is that we're being required to put stickers on our cars. I don't want to have stickers on my vehicle, especially when the leasing agreement already has all the necessary information.
