Solar's technicians are the most professional I have ever dealt with. It's apparent that they possess high level training and superb back office support. Mario is very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain the repair. He checked the unit to make sure it was operating within normal limits and by doing so he gave us a great deal of assurance that the refrigerator had been properly repaired.

The service technician arrived within the promised window. He was efficient in both diagnosis and repair. He explained the issues with the performance of my dishwasher and recommended steps I can take to keep it cleaning efficiently. I was very pleased with his work.
After calling Sears to repair my oven twice with no improvement, Sears contracted with Solar Refrigeration to see if they could solve my oven problem. I was so happy to see John. He was polite, knowledgeable, put disposable booties over his shoes to avoid tracking in anything, and cleaned up when he was done. He also fixed my oven problem!
