SOLAR was recommended by A1 Appliance in Covington to do warranty work on my dryer. The called to set up appointment, sent e-mail for confirming appt., and called prior to coming to our home. Scott, the service repair guy, evaluated the dryer and determined the issue, ordered parts, and said he'll be back to install parts, and I'll be notified of the appt. time. Solar is the only licensed repair company in my area for my problematic Jenn Air slide in gas range oven and today Grant and Tanisha both helped me immensely to navigate between the manufacturer and the extended warranty third party company to ensure my part is covered and have scheduled my oven repair before Christmas miraculously. 11 November 2016 — Service tech, Grant, quickly diagnosed the gas range burner that wasn't lighting any more, then retrieved from your shop the part and repaired the dead electric-burner coil in the oven. He knew right off what the cause was that was making the the clothes dryer screech. Grease, and go. Thanks, Solar. Grant is great. Give him a raise!
