Chris was the technician that Solar sent to repair my LG refrigerator. What a breath of fresh air!! He was prompt, efficient, friendly and diagnosed the problem after just a few minutes. Since the part had to be ordered, he rescheduled for a couple of days later. The company had re-scheduled for an afternoon slot, but Chris had remembered that I had requested morning.
