online screens were a little cumbersome & slow to respond. The main issue I experienced was that I was asked to purchase insurance for the shipping! I would expect the shipper to be sure that their products were going to arrive in good working order and ready for use.
Overall was a good experience. Product was shipped and delivered on time. The email notification process is a little sub standard, but the customer service when I called was excellent.
Your company is one of the best. However I feel you are doing your customers a great disservice by not using the US Postal service for some of your shipping. My order took 8 days to get. Was lost at one point in time. The box it was shipped in was damaged, but luckily the contents appeared ok. USPS does a much better job and is much faster and a better value.

This is a great company. I have ordered from them in the past, and i will again in the future! The staff is very caring and it shows! and their products are some of the top products around. I had ordered an antenna due to my cutting the cord on my u-verse, and my son said that he would pay for the cable instead. Staff were so understanding and caught the order before it was shipped! and said great things about my son and me! Now I am ordering Again for a family member!
Very good site. Easy to navigate and check-out was great! Easy to use. The descriptions of some items should be better though. Keep an eye on your descriptions of products and make sure they fully tell what the product is, how it's used and what the product is made of as well as it's uses.
