I have been using solid signal services for quite a while now and suddenly I cannot complete an order. The only reason I was able to complete this one was to return after being told I left the items in the checkout area. I did nothing different but it worked this time???
My problem is not resolved, but both Ashley and Jason went the extra mile to try to help me.
