Interesting resolution to mis-picked shipment. RC73's shipped instead of RC73B back lit models. SS shipping correct models, told me to keep wrong items, so now I have 3 extra RC73 remotes.. Kudos to Solid Signal for a satisfactory resolution to a misstep in order fulfillment.

The self print return label from FedX that you provided worked very well for me. Now I just have to figure haw to get a FedX pickup.
My wall mount was real easy to install and now my TV is sitting just right.
Very good product but to long for delivering.
I have used this product for more than 3 years and it is the best i have found. I was very glad when i finally was able to order more. The only thing is that as of today I don't have the product ( lens cleaning wipes) to use.
