The service was excellent. I had a problem with my order and wanted to order 1 dish antenna instead of 2 and the service attendant was right on the order, changed it with in seconds and had the right order number. The website should have taken the order I had placed and went offline, then disregarded the order. Instead, it held on to the order and didn't show it in any "basket" or "check-out". then, when I checked out, I had the assumption I was ordering 1dish instead of 2.
