I ordered this to show the boys (3 and 5) insects leaves and hairs, they loved it. I ordered the second one for my wife's cousin so he could show his grandson the world.
Forgot my password so had to create a whole new account! No "forgot password" button! Finally completed creating a new account, which was way too much time and trouble, only to get to the order screen and find out that I would be charged $9.99 shipping with UPS for an order of two small items that only cost $11.98! When you add taxes, shipping and taxes cost $11.97! One penny short of doubling the price of my order. Need another option for shipping small inexpensive items. Thanks.
Item shipped right away and actually arrived early. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they included mounting screws--I didn't expect that. The price was right, the item was exactly as expected, and the service was great.

I have only used the outside light so far and it works great, as advertised. I don't recall ever receiving a bad product from Solid Signal and this is no exception.
