I was disappointed with the performed mammogram and the results. I came with high expectations, but at the moment I feel not satisficed at all. First I mentioned specifically that I can not come again because I live far away, but even though, I had phone call next day for additional exam. The results which I received later and the doctor's opinion do not satisfied me at all. Managment and work hours they are so racist they love to help Mexican blacks dont have a chance the quality team is horrible please dont work here
My wife went to this facility as per doctor’s referral to do tests. After first day test, their nurse called couple of days later and told to come for redoing the tests as it did not come clear. Once she went next day, they wanted to do some advanced tests and charged credit card. But after doing the same test like last day, the nurse told that they don’t need to any advanced tests. Though the lady preforming my mammo was great, I will not use Solis Mammography ever again. Shame on this company for making patients wait 2 weeks. Anxiety is a real thing! At the end of my mammogram the lady warned me of the expected time line, but again this was after. This is 2021 and there is absolutely no reason other than under staffing and lack of proper patient care that we do not get results before two weeks. I've had mammograms since my thirties I have never paid anything for one. They had to do another scan and ultrasound. Then come to find out the radiologist who read them was considered out of network for my policy. The bill was originally $1,200 after dealing with my insurance and them calling the billing dept it's now about $500. That's crazy. RUN! DO NOT GO HERE! I went here because of all the great reviews. Do not be fooled! Now going on 14 days and I'm still do not have my results. I've called 5 times and my calls are not returned. They lost my records that I hand carried in. The people who answer the phones are very nice and do their best. However, I get a different answer every time I call. Management doesn't care.
