Not the best place to work. They don't much care for their employees. The way they talk about their customers is about the same.
been trying to get a hold of them for days today is my appointment and i can not get them in bedford to answer the phone they keep hanging up this is my first time
They are rude and unprofessional. My appointment was 2 hours late. They made me sit in a waiting room top less in a gown for 2 hours. They didn't get proper Dr's orders didn't give information when asked. They hard saled my exam. Didn't return repeated phone calls and are now trying to collect over 400 for a test I didn't need. The only time they called me was after i talked to HR. The VP of marketing called only to say sorry not sorry. My OBGYN reported them to the boards. I wouldn't send anyone there. The absolute worse experience of my life...1st the give me 1/2 information on a mammogram that my Dr didn't even know then didn't send the breast Dr any of my 2nd test results by the time I got to the appt and when called the lady was so rude I hung up on her. I will never use this company again and will tell all my family and friends not to either!!!
