The worst experience I ever had with a medical office. 1st time they called person didn’t tell me where she was calling from but was demanding information from me, so that call went no where. 2nd time they called young lady was so in a rush to get me off the phone. She said she scheduled my appointment for 02/02 and was about to disconnect without giving address or anything. Bad form Solis. You could have informed me well in advance of my appointment that you no longer accepted my insurance. And then your Frisco office was unapologetic about it. Your negligence could be a problem if I cannot get screened within a reasonable amount of time elsewhere. Very disappointed in this location and company.
I have been a customer for years, recently the billing has been incorrect. I have spent hours trying to get the billing corrected and was sent to collections. I have sent emails, spent hours on the phone with solis, insurance, and my doctor office. My doctor office and I sent them the correct referal and still they are billing me for a copy pay for routine services. No one returns my emails and you can't get anyone on the phone to help you. The Conroe location is awful. The tech refused to use curved tech on me when it worked the first time I went. Then she didn’t do it right so they couldn’t get results. I called them 5 times and emailed and never got a response from them.
The experience itself was great, but I have a billing issue. I was told when I arrived that they had just started taking my insurance but my insurance denied my claim saying they were out of network. I have called and emailed several times and no one will contact me to get this worked out. I would have never had the mammogram done if I knew I had to pay out of pocket.
I have nothing negative about the experience in general except for their billing practices. I was self pay and received a quote up front, which I have paid. Now I am getting a bill from Medical City Denton for another $107 for hospital services. They fail to tell you there are additional charges associated with their facility. They are very much aware of these charges and they should be disclosed at the time of services. Very unprofessional! I will not be coming back here.
Would not recommend! Their "comfort" is not any version of comfort. After a week of receiving voicemails and not being able to talk to anyone, I finally found out that they screwed up the first one, which they did multiple times and now I have to go back to do it all over again. I am stuck with them because they have the order from the physician, so I have no choice! I wish I would have gone somewhere else from the start.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person since they have updated their new self service auto attendant. I will be going elsewhere since I can’t seem to get through to a “live” person in less than 30 minutes. I had a question and that’s not even an option. Suggest pressing 1 and pretending to be a doctor just to get a warm body. Terrible customer experience and a shame because staff is nice.

I went to SOLIS to do a mamogram. They did an ultrasound first without my consentment even when I gave them my recent disk of a ultrasound i did less than 2 wks before. okay,cool. bill was $500 i paid $377 and they told the ugh are gonna send me a bill for the rest. surprise!! they sent me 2 separate Bills,one for $136 and one for $1120 I have been calling them since that and I have not solution,I went personally and the front desk girl treat me like I was crazy and the manager wasnt there. NEVER AGAIN
