The only department that is efficient is the billing department. They've already been paid by my insurance but forgot to send my test results! Disgusting!

After waiting almost 45 minutes and other women going in after I arrived I was inform that the technician wasn't there. I should have been inform this when I first arrived. I'm going to inform my doctor and ask him not to recommend this facility unless a person has nothing better to do than to sit in a waiting room. Very unprofessional.

The worst experience. I experienced unfair treatment upon check in. I sent an email to let them know what happened along with a note from my doctor to ask them to perform mammogram. The only response I received from them was "your concern was forwarded to leadership and you will receive a call back". It's been a month. I haven't heard anything back from the leadership. Sending them "private message" didn't do anything.

From checking in all the way to leaving the facility the ONLY good thing I can say is that I received a good report. Other than that, I would not recommend the Burleson location or any others if they are ran the same. From zero communication about my copay amount, to dishonesty about cash pay, to my appointment lasting 3 hours when I was told 1.5 max (only an issue because I had a child to pick up from school), terrible bedside manners by all technicians/doctors I saw, to continuing an appointment even though I told them the... read more

By not billing patients for services they did not ask for or know about then try to give several different excuses to try and continue to get money from them. Also, not just posting the positive reviews but acknowledging the ones that are not good so to improve on customer satisfaction. Aside from that I thought the business was good but will not go back and will continue to tell others what I have learned. I went to solis after being recommended by my dr after finding a lump in my breast. He wrote orders for a Ultra sound only since I’m young and breast cancer doesn’t run in my family he wanted to see if we could figure it out before we jump to a mammogram. I waited a month to be seen. Finally I went into an appt today and had my sick daughter with me. I waited an hour to get into my appt and left my daughter in the waiting room. Ripped us off. Lied. False reports. Wouldn’t release our images to another imaging center so we paid twice to find out nothing was wrong. Rude staff. Wouldn’t accept our doctors orders. So we are out a ton of money to find out nothing was wrong.

They can start by NOT having employees who are selective about who they help. I had an appointment, arrived on time. prior to going, the doctor's office confirmed, in my presence, that my insurance was accepted, I also confirmed it. well, I get there, no one was at the receptionist desk/check-in, I waited, then a couple others came in, when the young lady got in to check patients in, I already had my identification ready, for which she acknowledged I had it & I gave it to her, she then look at her computer & says, "oh Ms. J... read more
