eveey Solis I've been to have been great. This one specifically is the best. all are wonderful especially my technologist, Nikoo. Very kind and gentle but more importantly very professional.
Great staff at this location! Felt welcomed and 'taken care of', very professional and friendly. They were observed to treat everyone with respect and courtesy. Also LOVED the music that was played throughout the clinic, an upbeat, cheerful variety.
Ms. Sharon, the receptionist, is a joy! First impression was welcoming, warm, inviting, she made me feel so comfortable! A great way to start such an important appointment, which makes me feel so good!
Always busy but the front desk staff is polite and efficient. everyone in the back the nurses and radiologist or whoever they are that take your pictures are really sweet and they make everybody really comfortable.
Solis is my go to place for my yearly mammogram! The staff is so friendly and pleasant from the moment I entered the office. I never feel nervous or apprehensive as am always treated with care and compassion. I love that the clothing lockers have the names of strong women in history listed on each of them. The walls also have encouraging words on them. The imaging technician was very kind and explained everything she was going to do prior to doing it. Before I knew it I was on my way.
These reviews are surprising because my experience has always been exceptional. My 1st visit took longer because I was a new patient. I recently had my 3rd visit and was greeted upon entry by the front staff. The check-in process was easy. I was able to schedule for next year thru the tablet. I was escorted to the changing room by the front staff and provided instructions. My wait time for a technician (Tammy) was probably 5 minutes (not long at all). No woman likes getting a mammogram. However, when that time comes around each year, we want to feel comfortable, discrete, and taken care of. Solis Mammography is definitely that place. This was my second annual visit at Solis. Just like my first visit a year ago, they really took care of me. After I checked in, I was handed an iPad to complete some quick paperwork.
