Don't go to this place. I have been going to Solis for a few years now and I will NEVER go back to this place again. This is my experience just from the last visit earlier this year. The place is overcrowded and understaffed, the ipads did not work properly and I was billed incorrectly, probably because the staff here are nervous wrecks and I saw three of them crying just during my last visit. I've received two dozen emails regarding tomorrow's appointment, I've called all the phone numbers to ask a question and you can't get in contact with a real person, no wonder neither one of the emails have a contact phone number

Had great experiences in prior years but like so many others, I will not return. The medical billing is unethical. The first screening was a normal screen I have each year, but because my doctor wanted a more advance screening they charged me for the initial screening that is normally covered by insurance at 100% and then the second screening. Almost $500 later I am making them wait for their money. I purposely made the 1 bill go to collections so they would have to work to get the money. I originally sent an email to them... read more

WARNING OF PPE FEE $15 per patient regardless if you wear your own. No upfront warning either!! I've always enjoyed going to Solis in the past but the last visit the lady was extremely rough and I couldn't wait to leave. Then I get a bill in the mail for an extra $15 for PPE! That's laughable they would charge this for every patient. Talk about a racket! Also, no warning about the charge for PPE was given up front. I feel they are fully taking advantage of patients.

Mammograms are scary and uncomfortable, but I have always had great experiences at Solis. When I scheduled my appointment a few weeks ago, I spoke with a representative over the phone who gathered all of my information. I filled out all of my paperwork and read it thoroughly. I showed up to a very small waiting room that was so full, that there was not an available chair for me. Do NOT go to this place. My doctor ordered a regular screening for me. This is my first time doing a mammogram. I had a weird conversation with the scheduler and was coaxed into scheduling a diagnostic on top of it. I did some more research and found the difference between regular screening and diagnostic. And was pissed. I called them to cancel my appointment and it took forever to cancel it. The lady on the phone wanted to talk to her supervisor. I told her just to cancel. Then I was put on hold. I have a 9:30 appointment and was here early. I got called in at 10:04am just to sign in and complete my information or verify them. This is not still being called in and do the test. So I am here inside and still waiting. It is 10:18am. Wow!!! I don't know what kind of check in process they have. If you ask people to schedule their appointment at at certain time, it should be done at that time or maybe within 30minutes. Not waiting for this long and the test only takes 5minutes. I have been using them for years, until today. I received an email that I was due, and I scheduled my appointment online for a day 10 days later. I showed up today and checked in 15 minutes early, and then waited 40 minutes to be called up to the desk. I was then told I was just shy of a year since my last appointment, and I could either call my insurance company, pay the cash price of $100, or run it through insurance and maybe BCBS would pay the $756 or maybe they wouldn't. Avoid Solis Mammography at all costs. This was the worst experience ever. I went in for a ultrasound of a lump in my armpit. The experience took most of the day. We are talking 5 hours in the office. That however is not the worst of it at all. They did not have doctors orders for a mammogram (I went in for an ultrasound) but they forced me to do one saying "everyone over 30 needs one."
