I had a mammogram (10:15am) and bone density (11:00) scheduled on a Tuesday morning. i got there at 9:50, filled out the minimal paperwork and was called in within 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, both tests had been completed. Staff was very friendly. I was told I would have to pay for the 3D mammogram upfront in case my insurance did not cover. Just wanted you to know they give you your results in a email.They explain everything! Mine. Was normol, as usual. I don't know if abnormal is handled differently. But, the staff were just lovely and patient.. This is where I will come again!
This facility is very warm and inviting. You're greeted promptly and acknowledged right away. You can tell this group really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I had my third yearly mammogram today and it was a very quick visit. There are individual dressing rooms and lockers. Great experience. I was so nervous but the staff was very nice. Very fast too and they want you to feel comfortable.
Waited over an hour to be called up to fill out more information. This was for a morning appointment. Scheduling needs to improve. When asked why the delay, the desk person was rude.
Would give zero stars if I could. they will cancel your appointment if you have a child with you. Even an older, well behaved child, which was my case. I took a day off of work for this. There was no communication about this policy. Horrible that a place that serves women has a zero tolerance for children.
The workers are nice but they over schedule and leave you waiting forever in the lobby. Corporate greed in action.
I don't see how they even have customers. The black girl at the counter is very rude and went and got a short big white woman from the back who was very disrespectful and just as rude. I'm sure the Managers and head people of this facility is unaware how many customers they lose yearly because of this. They definitely loss me and apparently the lady at the other counter because she told them exactly what I should have and thats "the facility has gone to poop and that need to clear house and her customer friendly people" that... read more
