Just wanted you to know they give you your results in a email.They explain everything! Mine. Was normol, as usual. I don't know if abnormal is handled differently. But, the staff were just lovely and patient.. This is where I will come again!

This facility is very warm and inviting. You're greeted promptly and acknowledged right away. You can tell this group really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I had my third yearly mammogram today and it was a very quick visit. There are individual dressing rooms and lockers. The check in, patient paperwork process is completely electronic and administered via iPad. The wait in the general reception area is fast and I've experienced waiting no more than seven minutes max. Great experience. I was so nervous but the staff was very nice. Very fast too and they want you to feel comfortable.

I don't see how they even have customers. The black girl at the counter is very rude and went and got a short big white woman from the back who was very disrespectful and just as rude. I'm sure the Managers and head people of this facility is unaware how many customers they lose yearly because of this. They definitely loss me and apparently the lady at the other counter because she told them exactly what I should have and thats "the facility has gone to poop and that need to clear house and her customer friendly people" that... read more

I had an appointment at this place today--well, if you can even call it that. I went because I had an appointment scheduled months ago, and when I arrived, they told me I didn't have any appointment. The person at the front desk wasn't very friendly when they couldn't find me in the system. I even showed her the text message and the confirmation email, but she seemed not to believe me. Extremely Disappointing Experience at Solis Mammography - Frisco at Warren Parkway I rarely write negative reviews, but today's experience with this location was beyond frustrating and unacceptable. My elderly parents had an appointment here today. All orders had been sent in advance, registration was completed beforehand, and everything was supposedly set up. I am not sure why I even bothered to provide my insurance card, as they didn't update my insurance. Today, I received a bill stating I owed $723, as nothing was covered even though this is covered 100%. After many phone calls, it turns out my insurance was not updated. Now, I have to jump through hoops to get the paperwork straightened out.

Bad experience. I was being told I needed a diagnostic US despite my Dr having orders for a regular screening and last year being told after two US that I had to pay for out of pocket that I could return to regular screening mammograms this year. And all of this being discussed in the lobby with everyone to hear my personal information and not given an option to discuss my care in a private setting.
