I'm giving them five stars.. even though there was one little thing I didn't like. Okay so I was a new patient here referred by my doctor for my yearly mammogram. Scheduling was easy and the place wasn't hard to find ( it was actually right around the corner from where I live) Anyways, checking in was cool. It was really easy to schedule an appointment. This facility is much closer to me and quite convenient! Clean waiting room, dressing room and exam room. All of the staff were friendly. I am one that is lucky, I guess, because the procedure never hurts me here!

I don't know what mammograms used to be like, but this is a truly pleasant experience. I was warm, comfortable, and my technician was sweet and funny. I spent less time in my exam than I did walking from the car to their door. Fast, friendly and professional. PLUS, I got an email with my results the very same day. How much better can you get?!? My first test in 15 years and was marvelously quick and easy. Staff was nice - efficient and courteous. I have already scheduled for next year. Also , they had a group of lovely ladies measuring for properly fitting bras. Snacks with fruit and cheese and muffins. Glad I went today

Solis is great for scheduling appointments online. And the mammography tech I had this time was pleasant and professional (unlike my first visit a few years ago). If you schedule an early morning appointment when they open, you won't have to wait long. But please check your bills before paying! Unfortunately this last visit there was a billing error and I was sent a bill for over $700 and told my insurance wasn't in effect at the time of service. While the receptionist was not particularly welcoming, she was still efficient.(I did not get her name,but she was an older white lady) The other two ladies that I interacted with were delightful, especially Linda, who prepped my mammography info before I went in for the procedure. :)Despite the mostly packed waiting room, I was in an out in under and hour.

Best place ever for a medical facility, the front office staff is amazing, Lynda, Jeannette, Liz, Jennifer, Olivia, Kathleen, were lovely, caring and very quick - was in and out in 20 minutes. They make an uncomfortable process as enjoyable as possible. Very friendly staff and you're in and out of there very fast!!
I had a mammogram (10:15am) and bone density (11:00) scheduled on a Tuesday morning. i got there at 9:50, filled out the minimal paperwork and was called in within 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, both tests had been completed. Staff was very friendly. I was told I would have to pay for the 3D mammogram upfront in case my insurance did not cover.
