The worst experience ever. Do not go there. I was in so much pain with no wait time on the pain shot to kick in, they performed a very painful procedure! And didn't care! Stay away.

Very disappointed in this Solis Mammography in Frisco. I got a bill for $613.20 for my examen. This is the first time I'm paying for this examen Those people never told for a digital diagnostic will be a charge. Now they're billing me for it. Very rude when I called to clear this bill. Just because I signed the form. I signed those forms every year. This is stealing from patients. They need be sure patients be aware of the extra charges if they want to proceed with that or not!!!!
I had to do a breast biopsy & they told me that I have to do the contrast enhance mammogram (CEM) before the biopsy. As soon as they started the IV injection I passed out!! First of all, my breast cancer surgeon said that CEM was not required to do the biopsy & second of all, this is a trial procedure that they should inform the patients if they're willing to participate! Do NOT accept the contrast procedure if they offer; it is NOT a requirement for the breast biopsy!!

Went there today and had awful experience. I was in the room and about to have my mammogram and some lady that worked there started beating on the door. The girl who was doing my mammogram went to door with me half dressed and said you will need to go sit in waiting room. I ask why and she said the other tech needed to use the room. Really my time is as valuable as hers. What a joke. Worst experience I've ever had. Never again. Go somewhere else.
Today we have really bad experience with this office, My mother had an appointment there, doing few test. One month ago they call her for making an appointment, they confirmed the appointment by her email and she received remind about upcoming appointment. My mom don't have a car and don't drive and she has to do transportation appointment for going to Solis, so her coming back transportation appointment was around 12:30. They wasted my once-a-year benefit for a mammogram! My OB-GYN was very specific in the test that he ordered. Solis confirmed via the phone that they can do that test. I get to my appt and the tech has me standing there with no shirt on arguing with me about how she can't do the test ordered and Ill need to reschedule. I still really don't even understand why she said they don't offer that test. Arrived at my set appointment time to be told that my insurance company may or may not cover the procedure because it was two weeks prior to my one year previously completed appointment. When I asked why the office did not verify my benefits the receptionist told me they don't confirm benefits when appointments are made on-line. I was reffered to solis from my PCP. When I called to make a appointment, I tried to check my Ins coverage. I was assured by them I was covered, but I need verification from my insurance company. When I called they said you are absolutely not covered for them... When I called Solis back, they insisted that I should make an appointment and if there were any discrepancies the accounting would take care of it for me. The staff is very nice but this company is EXTREMELY unorganized. In October, I called to make a follow up appointment on a mamma I had last year. The representative took care of it for me. I then received another call a few days later advising they needed an order from my Dr's office for the visit or they would cancel my appointment.
