I've been coming to your location for several years now and never have I been placed in the most awkward position until yesterday! The lady doing my mammogram kept calling breasts "sister"! Not only was the creepy, but it was so inappropriate! Honestly, I could not get out of that room fast enough!

Avoid!! They do not file with your insurance and demand money up front in front of a roomful of people. I never pay a large amount, and they insisted I needed to with my insurance and stated they would file and reimburse if necessary. This was in April and they still have not filed. Their billing department has been shut down for months apparently and you can't reach anyone to fix this. There is not a working number. My insurance company is now involved and have been unable to reach anyone as well. This is illegal.

Been coming here for routine mammograms for years without any issues. The check in process and techs have always been smooth and professional. Not this time...I was informed by the front desk person upon checking in for my confirmed appointment that because of the type of insurance I have, I may be billed $$$ if I don't have a referral from my PCP for a routine mammogram. This info was new to me so I had to cancel the appointment. I called my insurance company and was told the opposite and I do not need a referral. I returne... read more

Been twice and both times super long waits as if they over book... Appointment time is set... you are instructed to get there 20 mins early to do paperwork and you sit way past your appointment and still don't get the paperwork to complete... at this point I expect I will be at least 45-50 mins past my scheduled appointment...I definitely prefer the Plano location although further away from me.

Basically this place doesn't serve patients unless you wear a mask. This is 2022 and they are still doing 2020. Everyone knows masks don't hold up for Covid! I prefer not to submit to the dehumanizing treatment here. They did not even ask for vaccination status. They don't care. It was so obvious, they do not care for your health, but care about controlling what's on your face. I kindly left and went and got a manicure instead... I prefer No mask mandates when being cared for. Most medical Facilities have lifted the mask ... read more

I walked into the office for my mammography. The entire staff was very rude. The receptionist and another older lady or barking out orders and inspecting everybody's mass to make sure it was high enough on their face which was ridiculous. I know the guidelines Everyone had a mask on including myself. Appointment was for 9:30 am, was there at 9:00 am, waited until almost 10:00 am, I asked if they had skipped our appointment because they were taking all other patients who got there after we did, I was like WTF ?....and finally they said, oh your next. I could understand if they were understaff, but what got me was they over looked or intentionally skipped our appointment to make us wait longer.

Finally got me in an hour after my appt. Several people who arrive after me were called first for some reason. I didn't have these issues at McKinney location. My time is as valuable as theirs, but they may not agree since it took so long. Very unhappy about this.

I have been a Solis customer for 10+ years and had always been satisfied, until my last 2 visits. This location has the worst wait times. You arrive for your appointment early and still wait 30 min to go back. They need to improve their process -
