No follow up from their radiologist or office after 3 months. If your doctor refers you here be sure to ask for an alternative or check with your insurance company and yelp to find a better establishment.

The worst experience. I experienced unfair treatment upon check in. I sent an email to let them know what happened along with a note from my doctor to ask them to perform mammogram. The only response I received from them was "your concern was forwarded to leadership and you will receive a call back". It's been a month. I haven't heard anything back from the leadership. I had a 9:15 a.m. appointment this morning and arrived more than 15 minutes early, around 8:55 a.m. as instructed, to complete papework. At 9:20, I was given a tablet to fill out my information. When I asked how long it would take because we were now past the appointment time, I was told it might be another half hour after I completed the information on the tablet. I'm abhorred I even have to write this. I wanted and came in for an ultrasound ordered by my HCP and felt shamed for declining the mammogram. I'm sorry some patients are educated about their health but this is MY CHOICE. After the kind tech was finished, she asked why I didn't want the mammogram yet I preferred to just ask for the ultrasound only at this time. She went and got the radiologist, a Dr. Miles, who immediately felt my 3cm lump and said, "oh, this is not normal! This lump is hard!" This is terrifying and horrible ... read more

If you think that you are getting a free women's mammogram using with your insurance- think again. Even though my insurance says it should be a free screening , not at the outrageous prices that Solis/Medical City charge. I received a bill for the mammogram ($751) and the reading ($251). My insurance felt those prices were more than customary, and so do I. $1002.00 for a yearly mammogram!!!! My insurance gave me a discount but this mammogram still will cost nearly $400. Scheduled for the wrong test. Took numerous calls to get through to a manager and over a week for the Radiologist to call to discuss the issue. Asked for my disc to be forwarded to Dr in Florida. After being told 2x it was sent and a request from the imaging center as well, it still wasnt received. Customer care were doing their best it seemed but if I did have a major issue their lack of proper response could have meant the difference between life and death. I would NOT recommend them.

A few months ago I felt lumps in my left breast and my primary physician recommended me to solis for a breast sonogram. I got my estimate--around $150 after insurance. Totally fine with me, my grandmother passed because she waited too long to get her lumps checked out. I'm broke but can shell out a bit of money to make sure I'm healthy. I go in, get the ultrasound. I have gone to the Solis on 15th for years with no issue. At this location the ladies in the front were nice, BUT the office manager was very rude. Perhaps she needs to be reminded where her pay check comes from. Also, if you are running behind, a call needs to be made so the person can decide if they want to reschedule. Very rude to keep the customer waiting.

This is a review of the west plano office for the first mammogram I have ever had. Everything was smooth initially. The front desk staff was very courteous. The staff taking my medical history was super nice. My test was uncomfortable but that's just the way it is according to what I have heard from other women I know. My concern is that while waiting for my test results there were other three ladies waiting in the same waiting room.
