They don't answer the phone. No matter what option you select, no one ever answers. My PA scheduled a bone density test. The doctor said I don't need it. They called Solis and cancelled the appointment. I called and cancelled the appointment. THEY KEEP CALLING ME EVERY SINGLE WEEK!!!!! I HAVE SENT EMAILS. I HAVE CALLED, BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!! STOP STALKING ME SOLASS!!!

I used this facility for my yearly mammogram, and yikes. The registration clerk cannot seem to spell even after providing them with your driver's license. My name is misspelled, and my address is incorrect after asking the receptionist to fix the incorrect entries. In addition, I provided them with my insurance card and uploaded the information during check-in, but it still was not attached to my account. So, guess who received a bill for $700 plus dollars? What ever you do , DO NOT go to this facility. DO to a facility that is not on hospital grounds lie the one on Parker in West Plano. I know lot about medicare billing and these people really screwed up my billing. I did not know that I will get a bill from Medical city Pano even though no where in their paper wok says this to be the case. I never got a statement from them and one day medical city Plano calls me and says I have a 600 dollars bill for bone density scan (Really?). I have never had an issue with this location until this particular appointment, 7/8/24. I checked in as usual and filled out the "has anything changed since last year" questionnaire on their Ipad. On this questionnaire, there is a question that asks if you are experiencing any pain or discomfort in any or both breasts. I answered yes. I had (and still have as I write this) a burning sensation in my right breast. Only schedule here if you have 2 1/2 to 3 hours to spare after your scheduled time. This place will take forever.

1. Way too many reminder. I am talking about multi emails, multi texts, plus a automated phone call that I couldn't communicate with a living being. 2. Long wait.Their system repeated requires the patient to arrive 15 minute. I did and the wait was 25 minutes. What a lousy system!!!! 3. Cold staff.

I was scheduled for a mammogram & bone density scan and was instructed to arrive 20 minutes early. I undressed from the waist up and sat and waited and waited, watching person after person come in and go in before me. I got called back for a bone density scan at 2:00. Only to be surprised to learn that if I had buttons or zippers on my pants, I'd have to unbutton & unzip my pants. I would not recommend this location if you're looking to make an appointment at Solis. Other locations are much better in my experience. The front desk at this location has poor customer service skills, and I had to wait close to an hour from when I checked in.
